Three diaries written by Corwin while serving with the 89th Indiana Volunteer Infantry during the Civil War. Topics include descriptions of battles, living conditions, and Lincoln's death. Corwin served in Tennessee, Mississippi, Missouri, Louisiana, and Alabama. Also included are furlough papers (1862), discharge papers (1865), and a pension notice (1921).
